"Choose your perfect Sync-Link here and welcome to the family!" - Martin
"Here's why I'm so proud of Sync-Link" - Martin

Will I still own my songs if I pitch through Sync-Link?
Yes. You (and your collaborators) will always own 100% of the creative (publishing) and master rights of your music. Our agency only acts as a representative of the music.
Can any genre of music get placed?
Yes. As a global sync agency we receive briefs asking for every style, genre, vibe and language imaginable. If your music is evocative you stand as much chance as the biggest writers in the world!
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. At the end of any subscription period (monthly or annual) you can notify us that you’d like to change or cancel and we’ll make it happen. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to make the changes.
How do the feedbacks work?
If you have a Sync-Link Plus or Pro subscription you can ask us for feedback on songs that you’ve pitched, or songs that you’re still working on. We’ll come back to you with an audio recording of a detailed breakdown of your music and how to maximise its chances of being placed in sync.
What happens at the Sync-Link Meet-Ups?
It’s a fantastic forum to meet new potential collaborators who will be working on the same briefs that you are. We’ll also be talking about the briefs that have come in that month, listening to song pitches and answering any questions you might have. We’ll meet up via zoom on the first Monday of every month.
Who can I meet in my 1:1 Pro Coaching Sessions?
We’ll keep things moving with a variety of guest experts from the sync world including music supervisors, producers, film editors, composers and more. We’ll let you know each month which experts are available to choose from for your session.
Do I have to prepare specific file formats for my music?
Yes. One of the early masterclasses will cover how you can best prepare your music for pitching. We’ve got you covered.
How often do the briefs come in?
The sync world is totally unpredictable so the frequency of briefs is variable. Sometimes there is a period of calm and sometimes we get 5 in one day! The most important thing is that as soon as we receive a brief, we’ll email it straight to you to act on.
Do I have to attend the masterclasses live?
No. We have members all over the world so the most efficient way of sharing them is through videos which will be emailed to you every week of your subscription with us. That way you can watch and rewatch them whenever you like.
What happens if I get a placement?
If you get a placement through direct contact with a music supervisor, you can go ahead and negotiate your own fee and take care of the legalities of issuing a license for the creative and master rights.
If you get a placement through a song that is pitched through our agency, we’ll take care of the fee negotiation, getting you the best deal possible, and we’ll also look after the licensing legal paperwork to make sure it’s all in order. In this case, the standard sync agency commission of 50% will apply.
Will I get to approve my sync placements?
Yes. We will always come to you when we receive an offer on your music. If you approve the placement and the fee, we’ll go ahead and issue the license to make sure that everything is legally correct.
Do I have to sign a contract with your agency?
Only if you approve an offer of a sync placement that we have procured for you. In that case we’ll need you to sign an agreement with us so we can legally represent your song and issue the license on your behalf?
